George Fayad started this small business in the heart of Little Italy over 30 years ago and since then has built his business on trust and respect. In 1997, George's son Gabriel took over the company, and Gabriel's Auto Sales was born. In 2005, George's youngest son, Jason, joined the team, and now when you enter the business, you get to work with three generations of Fayad's – we are all dedicated to helping you find the perfect car and keeping it functioning it that way. Whether you need advice or assistance with repairs, sales, or customer service, we're happy to help and advise you.

DIAGNOSIS

In a perfectly ideal world all our cars, vans, and trucks would only needed maintenance. But if maintenance is missed, climate changes, salt, common and uncommon failures a plethora of problems ranging from intermittent/random to ongoing chronic issues can occur. Electrical, mechanical, multiple, layered... as vehicles get more complicated so does finding the problems when they occur. Although sometimes the solution may be simple, finding and testing to find the problem can take the majority of the shop time. Bringing your vehicle to right technician is key - especially since a lot of money and time can be spent if a problem is misdiagnosed. We will always be clear in each step of our diagnostic process and explain, to the best of our abilities, why an option or step is recommended.

OUR CODE OF ETHICS

  • Offer customers a price estimate for work to be performed.

  • Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer.

  • Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.

  • Furnish an itemized invoice for parts and services, priced fairly, which clearly identifies any used or remanufactured parts. Replaced parts may be inspected upon request.

  • Furnish or post copies of any warranties covering parts or service. Use quality auto parts.

  • Provide and honor auto parts manufacturer warranties.

  • Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property while it is being serviced.

  • Make every effort to fix the customer's vehicle right the "first time".

  • Maintain a system for fair settlement of customer's complaints.
